Breach of contract
Description
Contract faults can be error messages from customers, which can be categorised and processed using transaction documents.
Functionality
Input window
This window is used for the maintenance of contract faults

| : Insert | Inserts a new transaction document. The activity document is linked to the contract disruption as a successor. An external document, a recipient, a note, a resubmission etc. can be specified here. Note: If an operation is marked when the button is pressed, the operation is created as successor of the marked operation. In this way, independent processing chains can be created (e.g. if two different departments need to be active for processing). |
| : Operations | All operations are sorted in descending order of time. The most recent process is always at the top. |

| OK | Changes to the contract disruption are saved. If no changes are made, the button is locked. |
| New | The input window is cleared. |
| Delete | The displayed contract fault is deleted. |
| Close | The window is closed without saving changes. If you want to save the changes, you must press the "OK" button. |
