Sequential test

Sequential test

Description

In this window a sequential test can be carried out for inventory documents.

Functionality

Sequential test

In this window a sequential test can be carried out for the previously selected inventory documents.

Menu
Menu item Description
Edit -
Check sequential test for acceptance/rejection The parameters and admissibility of the sequential test are checked (for acceptance/rejection/new sampling). With this selection, the sequential test is recalculated, i.e. the displayed data is refreshed accordingly (see also the symbol in the toolbar with the bulb)
: Samples Drawings-
: : Create another sample drawAnother sample draw is created. This is necessary, for example, if the number of errors in the first count exceeds the acceptance limit and is below the rejection limit.
: : Delete sample drawThe selected sample draw is deleted
: : Delete the status of the sample drawThe status of the selected sample draw is deleted.
: Delete Sequential TestThe displayed sequential test is deleted. All links to the inventory items are broken. However, this is only possible if the inventories included in the sequential test have not been posted.

Fields
Field Description
Sequential TestGeneral information
: numberSequential number of the sequential test. The number range is used simultaneously by all sampling procedures, i.e. by the stratifications and the sequential tests.
: statusStatus of the sequential test within the business process with the identifier "STOCK_SEQUENTIAL_TEST".
: processorIdentifier of the processor who carried out the sequential test.
: dateDate on which the sequential test was created
: timeTime at which the sequential test was created
ParameterOverview of the set parameters, detailed information can be found in the options.
: Limit full recordingBoundary full recording area
: Lower limit error fractionThe tolerable error fraction p0 with which the sequential test was performed.
: Upper limit error fractionThe non-tolerable error fraction p1 with which the sequential test was performed.
: error of the 1st kindThe α risk of the stockholder with which the sequential test was made.
: error 2nd kindThe β risk of the tester with whom the sequential test was performed.
: number 1. sampleThe number of inventory items to be counted in the 1st sample.
ValuesValuation of the individual areas in local currency, as a percentage and as the number of inventory items.
Sampling draws

Listing of current and already performed counts.
The individual elements are displayed in the list "Sampling elements" during selection.

Column
DrawNumber of the sampling
StatusStatus of the census
Sample sizeNumber of inventory items to be counted
Cum. Number of samplesCumulated number of samples
Acceptance limitIf the number of errors exceeds the acceptance limit, a further count must be performed. The size of the sample increases in the process.
Rejection limitIf the number of errors exceeds the rejection limit, the sequential test was not successful.
Number of countsCounts performed
Number of errorsNumber of counts with deviations

Sampling elementsListing of the elements of the selected sampling.
