Open item lists
Description
Here you can list the open items for customers, vendors and employees and, if necessary, branch to the processing of the individual open item, account, etc. (In the list context menu via right mouse button).
Functionality
Selection window
This window is used to select open items.

: : Check balances OP <-> Personal account | The balance of each person holding account is compared with the balance of their OP account. Different accounts are displayed in the list for checking purposes. |
: : Display balanced OPs | Cleared but not cleared open items are searched for and displayed in the list. Such open items can arise in the accounts payable area, for example, if a payment run has not been completed in full (missing printing of transfers/checks or missing generation of the DTAUS bank data exchange file). |
: : : Check changes to control account | With this selection it can be checked for which person holding accounts of the control account selected in the mask postings to another control account were made within the registered business year. The subledger account with the postings to a different reconciliation account are displayed in the list, multiple selection of the postings is possible to be displayed in the journal (right mouse button) |

The menu is used to check open items and subledger accounts and is thus part of the quality assurance within financial accounting.

: : amount | Differentiation of open item accounts based on their balances. This enables you to select, for example, customers with credit balances or vendors with debit balances |

: : Individual listing | If this checkbox is selected, all open line items of the respective account are displayed, otherwise only the balance of the OP account is displayed. Furthermore, in the case of individual listings, the line items to be listed can be restricted according to amounts. Hereby, debit-side line items from vendors or credit-side line items from customers can be filtered out |

: : New construction | If this field is selected, any open items already displayed in the list are deleted beforehand. If this field is not selected, you can add further open items to the same open item list one after the other according to various selection criteria. |

: : Intermediate lines | Blank lines are inserted between different accounts in the list, thus providing a clearer list. |

: : Currency conversion | A specific output currency can be specified for all open items. A corresponding currency table must be registered in advance. |

Maturity structure | |
In this window, the desired maturity structure can be specified. By using the right mouse button you can insert further maturity structure nodes, edit the "age" or remove a maturity structure node. The debit/credit values are automatically inserted when the open item list is created. Once this is done, you can select the relevant open items in the list by double-clicking on an entry in the due date structure. | |

Finally, by pressing the "List" button, you can start the search for open items.

List window
Used to list the open items. Navigation is possible via the context menu (see below: right mouse button in the list). If you navigate to the open item account, you can, if necessary, subsequently clear the open items there by selecting the cleared items and then clicking on the 'Clear' button.

: Remove selected line | The entries selected in the list are removed from the list (see also the next selection). This option makes sense if you want to remove a few lines before creating a report, a copy to Excel, etc. |
: Remove NOT selected line | The entries NOT selected in the list are removed from the list (see also the previous selection). This option makes sense if you want to remove a few lines before creating a report, a copy to Excel, etc. |
: Redetermine maturity structure | This selection is only possible if the option "Single listing = Yes" has been selected. If, for example, you have previously removed some lines from the list or changed the due date of an open item, the due date structure can be redetermined with this selection |

: : : Reset totals rows | If the list contains totals lines, these are sorted "incorrectly" with each sorting. With this selection, the totals rows are sorted correctly again after sorting the list (at each end of a subledger account) |

: Edit account holder | The account holder of the selected entry is called up for editing. |
: Set selection | Here you can transfer the account number of a selected open item into the "from" or "to" account number field of the selection mask. This is practical if you want to select a subset of accounts from an already called up open item list and display them again. |
